Willpower & motivation are fleeting. The truth is, you won’t always feel motivated to make change, that’s why it’s vital that you work on developing a daily discipline that ties in with your higher vision, in order to pull you through these times & keep going!

Change happens with discipline, consistency, small steps & a vision of something better for yourself.
