The reality of all this though, is that in order to get to this realisation and truth, you have to do your inner work. You have to be willing to face all your hidden pain, hurt, trauma, rejection, abandonment, emotional wounding, fears, stories etc. You have to lean into it all, feel into the discomfort (and it does feel uncomfortable!) and at the same time, catch yourself in a cocoon of love and compassion in order to reintegrate all parts of yourself and become whole. And believe me, that gift and inner feeling is worth it every second of it!
